Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA, President of Value-Based Care Solutions
Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA, serves as President, Value-Based Care Solutions for Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC), parent company of Pharmastar.
Prior to assuming this role, Dr. Tadlock launched Impera Healthcare Strategies, where she secured agreements in value-based innovations, market access solutions, and industry trends. She previously served as Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Pharmacy Experience at Aetna, a CVS Health Company; President and Chief Operating Officer, Pharmacy at Coventry; and held executive roles at Express Scripts and Anthem.
Dr. Tadlock is President Elect of the Georgia Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and serves on the Public Policy Committee. She also has been an active member of Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA), serving on the Operations Committee and leading the Federal and Legal Subcommittees.
Dr. Tadlock received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Andrea Slowiak, Vice President, Client Success, Value-Based Care Solutions
As the Vice President, Client Success, Value-Based Care Solutions, Andrea Slowiak is responsible for group contracting, client reporting and client support. Slowiak also works to ensure compliance with all government required reporting. She has worked in the PBM industry for over 10 years.
