Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA, Chief Client Officer & Executive vice President of pharmacy Benefit services

Celynda Tadlock, PharmD, MBA, serves as Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President of Pharmacy Benefit Services for Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC), parent company of Pharmastar.

Prior to assuming this role, Dr. Tadlock launched Impera Healthcare Strategies, where she secured agreements in value-based innovations, market access solutions, and industry trends. She previously served as Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Pharmacy Experience at Aetna, a CVS Health Company; President and Chief Operating Officer, Pharmacy at Coventry; and held executive roles at Express Scripts and Anthem.

Dr. Tadlock is President Elect of the Georgia Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and serves on the Public Policy Committee. She also has been an active member of Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA), serving on the Operations Committee and leading the Federal and Legal Subcommittees.

Dr. Tadlock received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Richard J. Mueller, PharmD, MBA, MS, Vice President, Clinical Strategy

In his role as Vice President, Clinical Strategy, Richard J. Mueller, PharmD, MBA, MS, works to ensure Pharmastar’s clinically-related products and services meet current and future prospective client needs. Additionally, Dr. Mueller is responsible for oversight of PBM clinical operations related to Pharmastar services, including identifying and executing opportunities to promote efficiencies as well as synergies between Pharmastar and CareVention HealthCare service lines.

Prior to joining Pharmastar, Dr. Mueller served as Director of Pharmacy Services for Community Care, Inc., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He previously held leadership roles including as a consultant with Milliman, Inc.; pharmacy manager for Cesarz Infusion Therapy Service; director of pharmaceutical services for Shawano Community Hospital; and pharmacy consultant for Merck Medco.

Dr. Mueller holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy, a Master of Business from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Master of Science with a focus in Pharmacoeconomics from University of Florida College of Pharmacy.

Andrea Slowiak - Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Andrea Slowiak is responsible for group contracting, client reporting and client support. Slowiak also works to ensure compliance with all government required reporting. She has worked in the PBM industry for over 10 years.
